Not happy with your purchase? Returns of goods in their original condition are accepted within 30 days from their delivery. We refund the full amount of the returned goods.

ORIGINAL CONDITION ONLY
Returned goods must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage. There is no need to pack them in the original gift packaging, but always use safe packaging to protect the returned goods.

Repack the goods you want to return and send them to our return address. Always use a trackable postal service to protect yourself.
When received at the Singularity studio, your return will be processed within 5 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as we have issued your refund. The refund will be reflected in your bank account according to the original payment service you chose during payment.

Does the size not fit? No worries. Exchanges of goods in their original condition are accepted within 30 days from their delivery.

Postage for the exchange and resending is paid by the customer. Always use a trackable postal service to protect yourself. Please measure your size carefully.

When received at the Singularity studio, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will communicate with you about the form of delivery (standard or express) and its payment. The exchanged goods will be sent to you during this period.
